Pingbo comes from A40 Labs.

We are building software that lets everyone benefit from AI. Most software only really helps once you have learned its interface and its ways; we think it should be the other way round, with the software learning how you work.

That is why so much of our attention goes to Pingbo's interface and how it feels to use. An email agent reads your mail and does your work, so no small decision can be careless: what to show you first, when to stay quiet, how to ask before it acts, and whether you can undo it in a moment when it gets something wrong. How people and AI agents should work together has no settled answer yet, and we are still researching and iterating on our own.

Pingbo's first prototype grew out of our own inboxes: the things that really mattered were usually only a few, yet a pile of unimportant mail kept interrupting us. We are building the AI agent we want to use ourselves, and we hope it feels natural in your hands too.
