Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Pingbo, a service provided by A40 Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”, “us”). By using Pingbo you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Pingbo is an AI email agent currently offered as a private, invite-based beta. Features may change, and access may be limited or ended during the beta.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and may only connect a Gmail account you control. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device and credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

You will not (and will not permit anyone else to):

• use Pingbo for anything unlawful, or to send spam or unsolicited bulk mail;
• reverse-engineer, disassemble, or copy any part of the service;
• access the service to build a competing product;
• resell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the service;
• interfere with or disrupt the service or its security.

5. Your content

Your mail remains yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service for you: to store, process, and display your content as described in the Privacy Policy. We claim no other rights in your content.

6. Our service

The service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by A40 Labs, Inc. and its licensors. We may use aggregated, de-identified service metrics to operate and improve Pingbo; these never identify you or expose your content.

7. AI output

Pingbo’s summaries, briefs, and drafts are AI-generated suggestions. They require your review; nothing is sent unless you approve it, and you are responsible for what you send.

8. Subscriptions and refunds

The beta is free. When paid plans are offered, they will be billed through the Apple App Store under Apple’s payment terms, with pricing shown before you subscribe. Purchases made through the App Store follow Apple’s refund process.

9. Disclaimers

Pingbo is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service is uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A40 Labs, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using Pingbo and close your account at any time; we may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. On closure, the deletion terms of the Privacy Policy apply.

12. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a corporate transaction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; if the changes are material, we will announce them on this page before they take effect. These terms are the entire agreement between us about the service.
