Which email providers does Pingbo support?
Gmail first. Outlook and other inboxes will follow.
Do I need to switch inboxes?
No. Pingbo works on top of the Gmail inbox you already have. Your mail remains in Gmail, and replies only leave after you approve them.
Does Pingbo read all my email?
Yes. Pingbo uses the Gmail permissions you approve to connect related threads into Matters, prepare drafts, and track what needs you. You can disconnect Pingbo from your inbox at any time.
How is my data kept safe?
Your Gmail connection uses scoped OAuth permissions that you can revoke at any time. Data is encrypted in transit, mailbox credentials are encrypted separately, and full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Will Pingbo send email without me?
No. Today, you review, adjust, and approve every single send. If we ever offer more autonomous features, they will be explicitly opt-in. Nothing acts on your behalf unless you’ve turned it on.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
Closing your Pingbo account purges Pingbo’s copies of your data. Your Gmail itself remains untouched.
How does Pingbo charge?
Pingbo is in beta. We are choosing a first group of early users, and Pingbo is free for the whole beta.
